Please note that the reception is open 24 hours during high season, from November to April. During low season the reception is open from 07:00 until 23:00. Guests arriving outside of these hours are kindly asked to contact the hotel in advance. Contact details for the hotel is provided in the booking confirmation. The sauna department is open for guests daily 7:00-10:00 and 15:00-21:00.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

8 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
