Rooms

Our apartments were completely modernized in 2002 and are optimally furnished to arrange your holiday as comfortable as possible. Most of the apartments have a balcony facing either west or east. Regain new energy and relax in our wellness center. Our fitness room is furnished with modern equipment and is open for you all day.

Hotel details

The hotel takes care of your little ones. While mum and dad are enjoying a glass of wine at the hotel bar, the young ones can play in our hobby room. Billiard, darts and table football as well as table tennis, hockey flash and a pinball machine are at their disposal. Moreover we provide a children's play room for the very small ones. For a little time out we can also organize a babysitter. Just ask at the reception.

Food & Beverages

Let our kitchen staff pamper you with our excellent food. We will try to fulfill your every wish. Our kitchen provides you with Tyrolean specialties and international delicacies. In the restaurant dogs are not allowed.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 3.52 per hour.  Wired internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 3.52 per hour. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person older than 15 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
