If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 6 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs CHF 35.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 20.00 per night and person for cots.  One child from 4 to 16 years is charged CHF 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged CHF 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
