Breakfast is served in the hotel breakfast room from 8:00 to 10:00 The restaurant is open from 9:30 to 23:00. Hot food is available from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 18:30 to 21:30. The Restaurant, Pizzeria and Grill offer a large international menu as well as Swiss specialities.

Guests of the hotel have free access to the unique thermal bath complex with outdoor and indoor swimming pools, overlooked by the Alps, in the hotel Regina Terme.

Area information

Situated at the very centre of Leukerbad close to boutiques, bars, restaurants and public transport, this hotel is one minute's walk from the thermal bath spa and 5 minutes from the ski cables. Leukerbad is situated in Valais canton, which is located in southwestern Switzerland. Whether by public transport such as railway or bus, or your own car, or by plane - Leukerbad is conveniently located and easy to reach.

Travel information

By car: The roads to Leukerbad are excellent and also well-serviced in winter. Traffic in the village is restricted, in the town centre there is a ban on night-time traffic from 10 p.m. to 05.00 a.m. There are 1350 parking spaces in car parks. We recommend our guests from Germany or the German-speaking part of Switzerland to put their cars on the train at Lötschberg. Public transport: The majority of the SBB fast trains from Bern-Brig (Lötschberg) and Lausanne stop at Leuk. There is a direct LLB bus to Leukerbad every hour (Leuk/Leukerbad transport services). In addition, every Saturday and Sunday there are direct LLB busses from Goppenstein am Lötschberg to Leukerbad. Plane: Geneva-Cointrin is the nearest international airport to Leukerbad. The fast train from Geneva airport will take you to Leuk in just three hours, and from there you take the bus to Leukerbad. Also easily accessible by train and bus is Zurich-Airport in just 4.5 hours. Distances: Highway 20 km , Station 0,05 km , Airport Geneve 120 km , Golf 16 km , Tennis 0,5 km

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.  CHF 1.25 city/tourist tax per person between 1 and 6 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 15.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
