Hotel details

The reception is open from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 22:30, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00 to 22:30. In case of arrival planned out of these hours, please contact the hotel. Please note the hotel does not accept American Express cards (for guarantee and for payment).

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.70 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
