Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 45 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
