Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

15 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
