Hotel details

The hotel is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00. In the event of a late arrival (after 20:00), please call the hotel in advance. Please note that the bar and restaurant are only open during the summer season.

Deposit: A EUR 260 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check out after room inventory has been checked. Services: An additional charge is necessary for electricity, sheets, towels, TV, pets, parking, baby cots, baby chairs, cleaning service, end-of-stay cleaning and other extras proposed by the residence.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.55 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
