Food & Beverages

The breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant from 08:00 to 10:00.

If you plan to arrive after 19:30, please contact the hotel in advance using the contact details on your confirmation e-mail to inform them of your time of arrival. Please note the comfort and superior rooms and the swimming pool are located in the annex, 5 minutes by foot from the hotel. In April and October accommodation is in the residence's main building. At all other times throughout the year, accommodation is located in the annex.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
