Hotel details

Only small pets are allowed in the hotel. They are not allowed in the restaurant. The swimming pool is only open during the summer months.

Please telephone the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive late. If you plan on arriving after 21:00 a cold meal can be prepared and left in your room. If you will be arriving after 23:00 you will have to telephone the hotel for instructions as to how you can access your room, as the hotel shuts at this time. A supplement person, per day is charged for stays between 1 and 4 days. This must be paid directly to the hotel.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 8.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Up to two children from 3 to 5 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Up to two children from 5 to 10 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Up to two children from 10 to 12 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
