Stay per night: sheets and towels are included in the price of the room. Weekly stay: sheets and towels are not included, but can be ordered in advance. An iron, ironing facilities and a washing machine can all be provided upon request.

During school holiday periods the apartments can only be booked for a 1-week stay.

There is no on-site restaurant as the apartments are self catering. There is a supermarket 4 kilometres from the residence. The nearest restaurant is 3 kilometres away.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 2.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
