Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board is free of charge for children up to 4 years.  Half board costs EUR 6.00 per child under 12 years.  Half board costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 5 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children from 0 to 5 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for cots.  All children from 6 to 15 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
