Guests on a half-board arrangement enjoy a 4-course meal for dinner. In summer the hotel is located right on the most beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails. A ski training hill and a children's club are only 150 metres away. An underground car park is available. Admission to the public outdoor pool of Lermoos is free of charge for hotel guests.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 29 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board is free of charge for children up to 4 years.  Half board costs EUR 6 per night per child under 12 years.  Half board costs EUR 12 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  All children from 6 to 15 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3.
