Area information

The Adler-Post Hotel is located in the town of Lenzkirch which sits on the Black Forest plateau. This provides easy access to numerous regional attractions. Many lakes are nearby, including the Schluchsee and the Titisee. Other well-known attractions include the Feldberg (the highest mountain in the Black Forest) and the Wutachschucht (the gorge of the river Wutach). There are also countless hiking and outdoor activity options in the hotel’s immediate vicinity.

Travel information

Car directions to Lenzkirch: When approaching from the A5 motorway (Karlsruhe to Basel), continue to Freiburg-Mitte. Continue on the B31 (towards Donaueschingen) to Höhe Titisee and then take the B315 (towards Schaffhausen) to Lenzkirch. When approaching from the A81 motorway (Stuttgart to Singen) take the Bad Dürrheim exit. Continue past Freiburg and take the B31 to Neustadt. From Neustadt continue through Kappel to Lenzkirch. When approaching from Switzerland (Waldshut to Tiengen) on the B500, continue to Schluchsee. Continue through Fischbach to Lenzkirch.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 16 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
