Travel information

Since you cannot drive right to the hotel entrance, if coming from Chur, please drive past Hotel Schweizerhof and turn right after about 100 metres. Following the parking signs for Hotel Schweizerhof, you can leave your car on one of the hotel's outdoor parking spaces. Take the stairs leading up the the main street and you will arrive at the hotel entrance and reception. By public transport: Take the train to Chur and the "Postbus" to Lenzerheide Dorf Post.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 3 years are charged CHF 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 3 to 4 years are charged CHF 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 4 to 5 years are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 5 to 6 years are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 7 years are charged CHF 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged CHF 70.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 16 years are charged CHF 90.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
