Reception opening hours: Monday- Friday (except public holidays): 07:30 - 14:00 and 18:00 - 21:00 Saturday: 07:30 - 12:00 and 18:00 - 21:00 Sunday: 07:30 - 12:00 If you plan to arrive outside of these hours please contact the hotel in advance to obtain your access code. Restaurant: From mid-October until mid-May the restaurant is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Dinner is served from 12:00 to 13:30 and from 19:00 to 20:30. Continental breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 07:00 - 10:00 during the week and 07:30 - 10:00 at the weekend. Breakfast can be brought to your room if a reservation is made prior to 20:00 the night before. Exceptional closure: The restaurant and reception will be closed from 21 December 2009 until 03 January 2010. During this period, all included breakfasts are guaranteed. Guests arriving during this period should contact the hotel prior to arrival to receive a reservation number that will allow you to retrieve your room card key from the distributor.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
