The guest house offers fully equipped, shared kitchens where you can prepare your own meals. Please note that a modest fee is applied.

Please note, the car park is only suitable for cars with a maximum height of 1.50 metres. Please call ahead of time to arrange your time of arrival, especially if arriving at the weekend or on a national holiday. Guests can not check in after 18:00.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 1.95 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 5.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
