Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 3.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
