Food & Beverages

Leisure-filled days commence with a sumptuous international buffet breakfast, while casual meals throughout the day are served at Taman Ayun Coffee House or Bella Rosa for Italian specialities. Evening dining options include authentic Japanese cuisine at Tenkai as well as outdoor traditional performances with theme dinners, such as the Padma Rijstaffel set up in the lush tropical garden with the ocean as your backdrop. Pre-dinner drinks, cocktails and nightcaps can be enjoyed at the Barong or Lobby Lounge.

The hotel will be undergoing a renovation project from now till the middle of 2010. Please see the following schedule: - Superior Rooms and Family Rooms - 24 October 2009 to 31 August 2010 All the facilities will remain open throughout the renovation period. Disturbances will be kept to a minimum. Room rates on 31st December include a compulsory gala dinner for 2 adults only. Extra guests are charged separately.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 2.50 per hour.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is included.  11 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged USD 94.38 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
