Check-In Information: It is essential that you contact the apartments’ management, prior to your arrival, in order to provide an estimated time of arrival and to arrange a check-in time. Failure to do so could lead to a delay of up to one hour on check-in. Early check-ins must be pre-arranged and cannot be guaranteed. Please provide a mobile telephone number as a contact number, so that the management can contact you on the morning of your arrival to arrange a check-in time. You can provide a contact number either by using the comments field when making your reservation or by contacting the management directly, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email. Please respect other residents and avoid excessive noise, especially after 22:00. Should we receive any complaints from other residents we will inform you. If this continues, then we will ask you to leave immediately.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
