Please provide mobile numbers where possible. Cancellations made prior to 7 days before arrival will receive a refund - a 10% admin fee. A 3% charge will apply to credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
