Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 650 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 9 years are charged EUR 75 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 130 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
