In summer every guest receives the Lech-Sommer-Aktiv-Card, enabling you to use many facilities free of charge. These include admission to the public outdoor pool, the use of tennis courts, cable cars and local buses, guided hikes, wildlife observations, and much more.

Food & Beverages

Enjoy an extensive breakfast buffet with many homemade products, including bread, jams, spreads and yoghurt. In the evening you can enjoy a 5-course meal in the restaurant (daily except Wednesdays and Saturdays). Most products come from surrounding farms.

Please note that in winter the hotel is often only accessible with snow tires. The road between Lech and Warth is always closed in winter.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 4 to 6 years are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 13 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
