Bed linen and towels are available on site at an additional cost. End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end-of-stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

The apartments are available from 16:00 on Saturday to 10:00 the next Saturday. The reception is open from: - 09:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. - 08:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays. A EUR 200 security deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after room inventory has been checked.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
