The reception is open from: - 07.00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday. - 07.00 to 20:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the hotel directly for instructions regarding late check-in procedure.

Reception is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 21:00. At weekends it is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. If you plan to arrive outside these hours please telephone the hotel in advance to arrange check-in.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.55 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
