Reception hours: Monday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Tuesday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Wednesday 9:00 am to 12:00 am. Thursday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
