Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
