Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  USD 1.99 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two further children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Baby cots are not available.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
