All guestrooms at element Summerlin feature fully-equipped kitchens, complete with cookware and dishes. Rooms also include flat-screen TVs, DVD players and soft goose-down blankets.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Only pets 40 pounds and under are allowed. Breakfast is included in room rate for only 2 guests USD 20 fee will be charged for all additional guests.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
