Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please be advised: All the pools will be closed as of November 1st, 2009 for the season.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  USD 8.70 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One further older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
