Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: Pets are allowed with a non-refundable per stay cleaning fee. Only dogs 40 pounds or less are allowed to stay in the guest rooms. Bookings do not include a daily resort fee that includes: use of hotel facilities, in-room internet access, local telephone calls, and discounts at the gift shop.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  USD 4.99 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 16 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
