Sun loungers with parasols line the outdoor swimming pool, allowing you to soak up the sun in comfort. You will also find the hotel’s sun loungers on the adjacent Las Canteras beach.

Food & Beverages

The Reina Isabel’s Roma Restaurant serves a range of buffet dishes for breakfast and dinner. La Parrilla is an à la carte venue which offers Asian-Peruvian fusion cuisine and is open Monday to Saturday. The Fiesta Bar serves refreshing drinks and snacks by the poolside and La Marina terrace allows you to enjoy a coffee whilst looking over Las Canteras’s promenade.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.  Half board costs EUR 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
