Food & Beverages

Playa Chica Cafeteria: snacks and a wide variety of local aperitifs. Restaurant Las Canteras: buffet breakfast is served and the restaurant has an à la carte service and board with a variety of menus. There is a pretty cafeteria between the restaurant and lounge.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.  70 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 0 to 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
