Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 16.50 per person.  Half board costs EUR 8.25 per child under 12 years.  Full board costs EUR 48.00 per person.  Full board costs EUR 15.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 2 to 14 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 28.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
