Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 8 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for cots.  All children from 8 to 12 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
