Within the hotel's generous spa area you find a beauty farm, a sauna, a steam sauna, a solarium and a swimming pool. During the holidays, the hotel organises activities for children. Horse riding can also be organised (at a surcharge). An internet terminal is available to guests.

Food & Beverages

For those who appreciate fine dining, a stay at our hotel is sure to be an unforgettable experience. In addition to a rich breakfast buffet, we will surprise you with our delicious international and regional specialities. From our sun terrace you can enjoy a view of the wonderful Harz landscape as you sample our coffee and cakes. In the evenings, pleasant company awaits in our lively and cosy pub, where you can also enjoy a dance if the mood takes you!

Pets are permitted on request only and will be charged at EUR 6 per night. They are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area.

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child from 7 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 12 to 15 years is charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
