The Kaiserhof offers 10 conference rooms for up to 250 delegates. All rooms benefit from natural daylight and are equipped with modern conference technology. For small private parties, company parties and receptions, the hotel offers 2 elegant function rooms with a view of the Isar.

Food & Beverages

In the Herzog Ludwig restaurant you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner while taking in the beautiful view of Landshut's picturesque Old Town. The restaurant serves international and national cuisine. Oli's Bistro, located between the hotel lobby and the restaurant, provides draught beers and hot/cold snacks until 24:00.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.50 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 18.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
