Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of USD 50.00 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

11 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
