Food & Beverages

There are a number of dining options available at the Royal Resort. Enjoy casual dining at Giraffe Cafe and Giraffe Lounge. For those in a hurry, the Grab-n-Go deli features a number of self-serve items.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 9.95 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 16.00 per day.  Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs USD 8.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  USD 8.52 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
