As a result of a $20 million transformation, Lake Arrowhead Resort now features 162 sparkling new guest rooms. Exactly what you would expect from a fine resort, the guest rooms offer all of the comforts of home, plus a little bit more. Starting from scratch, with a design and furnishings that are chic and luxurious, but still perfect for relaxation. At Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa you will experience upgraded amenities, standard in every room. All Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa rooms are upscale but down-home, ultra-contemporary and timeless. Just like the Resort’s mountainous area, the guest rooms are comfortable with warm inviting furnishings and appealing decor. The lovely Lakeview rooms have wonderful views of Lake Arrowhead, while the Alpine rooms face away from the lake toward the picturesque mountainside and overlook our guest parking area. Most guest rooms have outdoor balconies. All queen-furnished rooms are fitted with two queen beds and a shower/tub combination, while all king-furnished rooms are designed with a glass enclosed walk-in shower. All 11 suites have bathrooms with a large walk-in shower and a separate deep-soaking tub.

Food & Beverages

For those who really appreciate great food and wine, the new BIN189 Restaurant will awaken your senses in a distinctive atmosphere overlooking majestic Lake Arrowhead. Savor rustic, robust flavors created from the healthiest natural ingredients—paired with wines from noted wine-country roadways throughout the world. Mountain Aromas is a vibrant coffee bar just off the lobby serving assorted beverages, fresh-baked pastries and light fare. An excellent assortment of Resort logo merchandise is also available for purchase.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please Note: A pet fee applies at USD 20 per night per pet.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 18.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % Tax is not included.  USD 3.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
