All apartments are located within walking distance of the reception. Also worth a visit is the U 995 submarine, very much appreciated, which was used during World War II, and is now a museum. Take a walk through the quaint, valued throughout, picturesque harbour, where you can not only watch the ferries and yachts on the water, but also the fishermen bringing in the daily catch.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 91 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 61 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
