The Taverne the hotel serves a wide range traditional for lunch and dinner. The bedrooms are spacious and some boast a terrace on the garden side. In the evenings, very much appreciated, the Red Black Bar of the the hotel is an inviting place for having some drinks and meeting people. Taste perch fillets, valued throughout, "désossée du Léman", the famous "entrecôte double sauce café de Paris" or mussels prepared in a variety of ways. La Tour de Peilz is located mid-way between Vevey and Montreux on Lake Geneva and boast an impressive medieval castle with superb views over the lake, highly regarded, the Dents du Midi mountains and the Lavaux vineyards. From time to time, and above all, themed evenings are organised.
