If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 10 years are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 50 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
