Please note that the residence cannot accept any other credit cards than MasterCard and Visa for guarantee and payment. A refundable deposit of EUR 460 per apartment will be asked upon arrival in exchange for the key. This deposit will be refunded after inventory has been completed and verified. For a full refund, guests must clean the apartment.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 9.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 49.00 per week. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 61 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
