There are several dining options located on-site, including El Taino and El Patio, that feature an international menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also several snack shops and bars, featuring specialty beverages and light meals.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further child from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged 85 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
