Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 61 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 13 years are charged EUR 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 80.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
