If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CAD 2.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child or adult is charged CAD 25.00 per night when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged CAD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.
