Located in the ski resort of La Clusaz in the French Alps, valued throughout, Carlina Carlina offers you a breathtaking, panoramic view of the mountains and a warm, cosy ambience. Smaller, highly regarded, more affordable rooms overlooking the north side are available but do not offer a balcony and only limited views of the back side of Carlina. Most of them are equipped with bath and separate toilet. You can eat a la carte even if you choose the half board formula. The restaurant features local mountain specialties and has been quoted for many years in the Gault et Millau. Aquagym lessons are available at an additional fee. Located in Carlina Carlina and free for all our guests is a 17-metre long swimming pool open in summer. There is also a sauna, valued throughout, steam bath and Jacuzzi.

A half-board option is available and can be reserved upon arrival at the hotel.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the stay (with a minimum of 1 night) will be charged at the time of booking. Please note the hotel does not accept American Express to guarantee the booking or to pay for the booking. Please note extra beds can only be added in the South-facing rooms. Only 1 extra bed or 1 baby cot in each room.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
