Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the first three nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, the first three nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first three nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 16.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 17.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
