Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 9 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 13 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
