Sheets and towels are included in the price of the apartment. They are changed once a week for all stays of at least a week. End-of-stay cleaning and TV are also included in the price of the apartment. Please ensure that when you leave your apartment you have cleaned the dishes and left the bin empty.

Reception is open daily from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 although these times can vary.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.35 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
